11;11 Therapy and Consulting has been in the making for over 20 years, starting as a simple passion to provide mental health support for youth. In 2011, a traumatic event occurred to myself and my daughter which halted my dream to become a therapist and shifted my life onto a path I had never imagined.
With extensive background in domestic violence and violence prevention, I found myself working at a juvenile justice center for 3 years, a group practice for 1 and a residential treatment center for nearly a year. I have spent countless hours over the last few years spending time getting to know youth, what they are experiencing, what they are struggling with and what kind of support they need.
It is my hope that eventually, 11;11 Therapy will become a teen resource center located in Williamson County to fill the gaps that have been consistently missed since I was a teen. That being said, I believe all people are worthy of support and that it is crucial for the adults in youth’s lives to receive support as well.
I have experience working primarily with families outside of working with youth. However, I have had some beautiful experiences with couples as well. I aim to support all people through different avenues that are needed; and often times, no matter what age you are, what has happened to us in the past affects how we are living and space to sift through our thoughts and feelings are crucial.
It is my privilege to provide individual, family and couples counseling services for those who want to better understand who they are, how they are, and work towards what they want.
At its heart, 11;11 Therapy firmly believes that all people deserve to be heard, seen, respected, and supported. If you would like to set up a free consultation or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
